We were started because I nearly died from bipolar disorder. I felt alone, isolated and had nobody to share my feelings with. After becoming healthy, I went to school and became a therapist and life coach. Many of my clients also expressed feeling lonely, not having enough help and wanting to find support. We found out even many wonderful, talented and amazing people often were alone or struggling. There is something very special that happens when you have someone to listen to you.
We offer a life coaching service to help you make positive progress with what you face. Our family of coaches work to motivate, encourage, uplift and assist you. It is our goal to be the person that helps you work through your feelings and that you make positive change. This site also provides daily enocouragement, inspiration and stories to help you find more peace and happiness.

I had a great night speaking and meeting with the NAMI San Fernando Valley in Van Nuys. There was a large group that was so kind and warm. I was able to share my story and many families were able to buy the Beating Bipolar book. The night was a great evening and you could feel the kindness and support everyone was showing each other.

I went to church Sunday and people that I have known for 15years were so freaking insensitive I heard a
Woman say yeah my husband needs his meds then she said they will take him away in a straight Jacket and then the man she was talk to said and a big red car will come. I could not take it I left and went out in the car and just cryed. I am still upset about what was said and not feel like going to church.
